Familiarity with Flash program

> Flash presentation

On the web we see animations, which are figures accompanied by various movements. Animations created by application software become more applicable to web pages. These types of animations are created by programs, which are based on vector images (which serve and help users create complex images in Flash). To make interactive animations possible, Flash offers users several commands to create actions, but also to link them to events. Interactive animations use buttons to make connections to actions or events. Today on the market there are several types of programs to create animations on the web, such as Macromedia Flash (Adobe Flash), SwiSHmax, Flax, etc. The Flash program was created by Macromedia. Currently, it is run by Adobe (which bought it), which still retains the name of the Flash program. This program has been expanded and professionalized, releasing new versions of Flash CS3 and CS4 and mos recently, CS6 as a result of the work done by Adobe.

The Adobe Flash Professional workspace includes the command menu at the top of the monitor and a variety of tools and panels for modifying and adding elements to your animation. You can create all the objects for animation in Flash or you can carry elements that you have created in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe. In the Flash interface we have several components: (Menu bar), (Timeline), (Stage), Tools Panel and Properties inspector.

  1. The stage is the work page where the work is done. There are placed all the objects you want to animate (vector images, text are, graphics, video clips, etc.). Placing objects in the Stage is the first step to starting animations in Flash.
  2. Timeline is the responsibility of the organization and the control of working time to make the necessary calculations for the realization of animation. Just like movies, Flash documents share images over time. To perform these animations, two important elements are used: the time window (frames) and the layers. Objects are placed in layers and their changes over time are determined by the time windows. So time layers and windows set the rules on the stage.
  3. Properties Inspector. Now we will see how we can change the color of the stage (Stage color) and other qualities of the document, such as the dimensions of the stage (Stage dimensions) and the time frame (frame rate), which are found in the Inspector Properties, which is the panel vertical to the right of the Stage (Adobe's worksheet is found in detail in the following paragraph). At the end of the Inspector Properties you can see that the size of the Stage where you work is 800px 600 pixels, which you choose when creating the new document.
  4. The Menu Bar contains all the necessary commands to create and modify the documents that contain the animations you want to create. Menu Bar has tables: File, Edit, Insert.
